* Pre-empt a pre-empt?

In a recent interview for "Russia Today News" waraholic John Bolton, former UN ambassador, is trying to keep the "Bush Doctrine" of pre-emptive war in the spot light. Bolton says that Israel has every right to pre-emptively strike Iran. Iran is a signatory of the UN nuclear non-proliferation treaty and has allowed UN inspectors into it's country, and so far has shown that it hasn't broken any international laws concerning it's nuclear program...Unlike Israel, which even though it has a nuclear program, REFUSES to sign the UN nuclear non-proliferaiton treaty. On top of that, Israel has violated many UN sanctions regarding it's nuclear weapons program.

The fact that Israel has been talking publically about a pre-emptive strike against Iran, gives IRAN the right (under the Bush Doctrine), to wage a pre-emptive strike AGAINST Israel..BEFORE Israel wages a pre-emptive strike against Iran. As we saw in Bush's "pre-emptive" strike against Iraq, under the Bush Doctrine, there's no need for proven, verifiable, updated evidence of ANYTHING to justifiy a "pre-emptive" war.
