Remember Osama bin Laden? No.. I'm not talking about Iraq's Saddam Hussein, whom polls showed that the majority of Americans thought was the same person as OBL. We're talking about the terrorist who was blamed for planning 9/11.. the terrorist President Bush supposedly had "proof" against. Proof that never saw the light of day. The terrorist Bush wanted "dead or alive" and the reason used to start bombing Afghanistan. Is OBL dead or is he alive? Does anyone really care anymore?
A theory developed soon after 9/11 was that the US intelligence services manufactured OBL. The theory is that the US "created" so-called "statements" from OBL..and that OBL was a "created bogeyman used to justify a war on terror.
