"China has overtaken Germany as the world's biggest exporter of goods after exports rose for the first time in 14 months, data has shown."

"Experts have said a resurgence in Chinese trade will likely bring renewed pressure on China to let its yuan currency appreciate."

"The value of the yuan, which has effectively been pegged to the US dollar since mid-2008, has been an issue of contention between Beijing and its Western trading partners, who say it keeps the currency low to boost exports."

"Wen Jiabao, China's premier, said last month in an interview with state media that China would not yield to foreign pressure on the yuan."

My thoughts: If you have visited China lately, you would notice how China is on it's way to become a very prosperous country.... Prosperous.... like the US used to be... In the days when we were the biggest exporter and manufacturer of quality goods. Instead, we spend, spend, spend and borrow, borrow, borrow. The US borrows DEEPLY from China to sustain it's national debt... A debt that has risen because of America's thirst for more and more wars

What does the US manufacturer that anyone in the world would want to purchase? Perhaps movies. AND perhaps foreigners can afford to come to this country for educational experiences.. but what else does this country MAKE that's better quality than what can be made in other countries, and made more cheaply? It's this: The US is the largest producer and exporter of WEAPONS. AND of course to keep the WEAPONS manufacturers rolling around in dough ($$$), they need more and more world wide confrontations and bloody wars to use the war toys.
