This is a very difficult subject for Americans...Questioning anything Israel does is a "no-no." Many American Christians fell into the trap of making a holy icon out of Israel and believing that whatever Israel does is "wanton murder-as orchestrated by God."


This article is wrtten by Grace Halsell, a former White House speech writer under President Lyndon Johnson.
