Do you think John McCain may be getting a.... little....bit... ah...forgetful lately? After he spoke more than an hour before the House, trying to defeat the Democrat's proposed cuts in Medicare benefits in the Health Care Reform bill, it was gently pointed out TO McCain that, as a recent presidential candidate, HE himself too had proposed medicare reductions to pay for HIS health care initiative.
Hopefully this is not an example of McCain becoming senile. Maybe, just maybe... it's just ANOTHER example of flip, flop, flipping we hear so much among our elective leaders? Or is this just another example of how hard it is for our elected leaders to think beyond the fixed agenda of their beloved political party? That their real goal is to OPPOSE, OPPOSE, OPPOSE at all costs and reason?
